Premier League ticket alerts

Know the moment your club's tickets go on sale.

We watch official ticket sources for 16 clubs and ping your phone the moment a ballot, member sale or general sale is announced. It all happens in a private Discord, with queue skips on drop days and a buying guide for every club.

Covering 16 clubs

Pick the clubs you follow. Only those ping you. Tap a club to read its buying guide.

The moment it drops

This is what an alert looks like when it lands in your club's channel. It comes with a ping, so your phone buzzes.

Ballots, member sales, general sales, exchanges and registration windows are announced as soon as the club announces them, with a reminder one hour before they open.

Questions

Before you start

Anything else? Open a ticket in the Discord and a real person gets back to you.

Do I need Discord?

Yes. The Firm runs in a private Discord server, and that's how the pings reach your phone. Discord is free, and you log in with it when you start your trial.

How does the free trial work?

You need a card to start, but you pay £0 today. If you cancel within the 7 days, you pay nothing. After that it's £10/month.

What does "in season" mean?

You're billed £10/month during the football season. Billing pauses in the off-season.

Can I cancel?

Any time, in one click from your account. You can restart just as fast.

Do you sell tickets?

No. We alert you and you buy directly from the club. Alerts, skips and monitors get you there first, but stock can still sell out, so we can't guarantee a ticket.

What's the difference between The Firm and Firm Monitors?

The Firm (£10/month) watches official sources for 16 clubs and alerts you when a sale is announced. Firm Monitors is a separate product for resellers: you run your own monitors on the specific Ticketmaster UK and eticketing.co.uk events you choose, and get every listing the moment stock appears. It starts at £50/month.

Can I see the server first?

Yes. Join the Discord to see how it works and a real example alert. You can start the trial from there too.
