Refunds, plainly

• Free trial (7 days). Cancel during the trial and you will never be charged. The trial requires a card so access continues seamlessly if you stay.
• 14-day cooling-off (your statutory right). If you're a UK/EU consumer, you have 14 days from first payment to cancel a distance contract. By starting the paid service immediately after your trial you ask us to begin supplying within that period; if you cancel inside the 14 days we refund the amount paid minus a proportionate charge for the days of service you received.
• After that: cancel-forward. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the period end. We don't prorate partial months.
• Our fault. If a technical failure on our side keeps you locked out for a material part of a billing period, contact us - we'll credit or refund that period. Missed individual alerts are covered by the Terms (no guarantee of completeness) and aren't refundable events.
• How to ask. Open a ticket in the server with your Discord username and Stripe receipt email.
