The Firm - Terms of Service

1. What The Firm is. The Firm is a Discord-based alert service. We monitor publicly available ticket information published by football clubs and notify members when sale windows, ballots, and registration periods are announced. Access is provided through roles on our Discord server.
2. What The Firm is not. We do not sell tickets, hold tickets, or have any relationship with any football club, ticketing platform, or ticket exchange. We do not guarantee ticket availability, alert completeness, or alert timing. Clubs change their websites and communication channels without notice; alerts can be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally wrong.
3. Membership. £10/month after a 7-day free trial (card required). We pause billing during the off-season (normally June-July); your access continues during a pause. Prices include any applicable taxes.
4. Cancellation. Cancel any time via the billing portal (the Account page on this site). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
5. Fair use. One membership = one Discord account. Redistributing alerts outside the server (mirroring channels, republishing to other servers/groups) is grounds for removal without refund.
6. Conduct. Standard Discord community rules apply; staff may remove members for abuse, scamming, or ticket-touting activity in the server.
7. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the previous 3 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the server at least 14 days before taking effect.
