What we hold and why
Last updated: 11 July 2026
- What we store: your Discord user ID and username (to grant/remove roles), your Stripe customer/subscription IDs and subscription status (to know what you've paid for), the email you give Stripe (receipts, billing problems), and an audit log of role changes.
- What we never see or store: your card details. Payment collection is handled entirely by Stripe.
- Legal basis: performance of the membership contract; legitimate interest for the audit log (fraud/chargeback defence).
- Retention: account records while your membership is active and for as long as applicable tax/accounting rules require after; ask us to delete anything beyond that.
- Sharing: Stripe (payments) and Discord (roles). No selling of data, no ad tech, no analytics beyond server logs.
- Your rights: access, correction, deletion (subject to the retention above) — ask via the Discord server's open-a-ticket channel. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (e.g. the UK ICO).
