West Ham United ticket guide
How to get West Ham tickets (2026/27)
West Ham (in the Championship for 2026/27) is a priority-window game at a big stadium. Every home fixture sells in a fixed order: bondholders and season ticket holders confirm their own seats first, then extra seats, then General Sale. London Stadium is large, so plenty of games reach General Sale, but the best blocks go in the earlier windows. The Firm alerts members when West Ham publishes a fixture's sale dates, and again an hour before each window that releases seats.
🎟️ The membership ladder
- Season Ticket Holders & Bondholders — first call on every home game, plus loyalty points that decide away-ticket priority.
- Claret & Blue Membership — £35 (U18 £15) for 2026/27 — a 24-hour priority ticket window ahead of the general public and £5 off eligible match tickets. The one you can buy today.
- General sale — open to anyone with a West Ham ticketing account once the priority windows close.
🛠️ Set up once, properly
- Create your account at eticketing.co.uk/whufc and buy Claret & Blue under Memberships if you want the 24-hour head start. Use your real details; each account is one person.
- Save a payment card and stay logged in before a window opens. Sales are online and first-come.
- Get The Firm's West Ham alerts, so you know a fixture's sale dates the day they're published.
⏱️ How a home fixture sells
- Bondholders and Season Ticket Holders (own seats) confirm their reservations. No new stock is released here.
- Displaced Season Ticket Holders are rehoused when the away allocation grows.
- Additional seats for Season Ticket Holders and Bondholders: the first real stock, bought on the seat map.
- Claret & Blue members' 24-hour window, when a fixture has one, runs ahead of the public.
- General Sale opens, usually straight after the earlier windows close.
Every fixture page on whufc.com lists its exact dates. The club can move them at short notice, which is where an alert helps.
🔁 The Ticket Exchange
Season Ticket Holders who can't attend list their seats on the Ticket Exchange. The public exchange opens only once 85% of general match tickets are sold, and every listed seat becomes available at that moment. To buy, open the fixture at eticketing.co.uk/whufc and pick the Ticket Exchange tab. Sellers are paid in Club Cash, less a 10% admin charge.
✈️ Away days
Away tickets go to Season Ticket Holders by priority points, in timed slots from the highest points total down. Buying your own seat inside a home priority window earns points, so regular attendance is what moves you up the away queue.
💡 The habit that wins
If you want a specific home game, Claret & Blue's 24-hour window is the cheapest head start, and the £5-a-ticket discount covers the £35 fee after seven tickets. For sold-out fixtures, watch for the 85% exchange trigger before paying resale-site prices. Membership doesn't guarantee a ticket for every game (the club names Millwall), so check each fixture page.
