- Save your payment card and stay logged in on the ticket site. Sale-day checkout is a race; typing card numbers loses it.

⚡ Sale day — how to actually win a queue
- The Firm alerts you when Villa publish the sale schedule for a fixture (dates for each window), and again one hour before a window opens.
- Be logged in 10–15 minutes early. Queue rooms open before the on-sale, and everyone in the room at opening gets a randomised position — being present early beats clicking fast at 10:00:01.
- Know your seating areas and price bands before the queue moves — hesitation at seat selection is where tickets are lost.
- Checkout immediately; held seats expire in minutes.
🔁 Missed the window? The Exchange
Season ticket holders relist seats at face value on Villa's club-run Ticket Exchange — and they're motivated to: relisting refunds them a match's worth and counts toward their required season-ticket usage, so stock genuinely appears for sold-out games. Your membership matters here too: while resale runs before the general-sale phase (~3 weeks out), only members can buy. Family Zone blocks never appear on the exchange. Stay logged in, card saved, and keep checking.
