How to get Arsenal tickets (2026/27)
Arsenal home tickets are a ballot game, not a refresh-at-10am game. You enter during a window, seats are drawn, winners are charged automatically. Miss the window and you're locked out of that fixture entirely — no ballot entry means no Ticket Exchange access either. The deadline is everything.
🎟️ The membership ladder
- Gold — season ticket holders; they hold their seat all season.
- Silver — priority window ahead of Red; the waitlist is years long, don't plan around it.
- Red — £38 a season, the one you can actually buy today, and your ballot entry for home league games. Pays for itself the first time you beat resale prices.
- General sale — big games never reach it; don't rely on it.
🛠️ Set up once, properly
- Buy Red at arsenal.com/membership. One membership = one real person — Arsenal cancel accounts with reused or fake-looking details, so real name, address and contact info for everyone in your group.
- Save a payment card the day you join — ballot wins charge automatically, and no saved card can mean a lost seat.
- Turn on Arsenal's email notifications, and get The Firm's Arsenal alerts.
- Going as a group? Link your memberships on Arsenal's site before entering — linked entries are drawn together so you sit together.
🧭 The ballot, start to finish
- The Firm alerts you when a ballot opens for a home fixture.
- Enter at eticketing.co.uk/arsenal — one entry per membership, as a linked group for adjacent seats. Entering costs nothing.
- You get another alert one hour before the deadline — the forgot-to-enter safety net.
- Drawn? Card charged, ticket lands on your account. Not drawn? Nothing charged — and your entry still unlocks the exchange (below).
🔁 Struck out? The Ticket Exchange
Members of any tier relist their seats at face value on the Ticket Exchange — stock appears any time up to matchday and goes in minutes. The catch: you can only buy on the exchange if you entered that fixture's ballot. No entry, no exchange access. Stay logged in at eticketing.co.uk/arsenal with your card saved, and watch for exchange stock.
💡 The habit that wins
Enter every ballot, even fixtures you're lukewarm on. Entries are free, losing still unlocks the Ticket Exchange for that game, and a membership that regularly enters and attends is better placed for the games everyone wants.
