Sunderland AFC ticket guide
How to get Sunderland tickets (2026/27)
Sunderland is an eligibility game. Home sales can carry fixture-specific restrictions, while away priority belongs to season ticket holders with Black Cat Points (BCP). Have every Supporter ID ready, know your eligibility and act during your exact window.
🏠 Home tickets — read the fixture rules
- Home eligibility is published per fixture; high-demand games may require previous purchase history.
- Every ticket must be assigned to an eligible Supporter ID.
- Buy as soon as your window opens.
- After a sell-out, seats may reappear through Sunderland's official Ticket Resale.
🐈⬛ Away priority — Black Cat Points
- BCP are earned through eligible Men's away matches and home cup ties.
- Away sales open to the highest BCP totals first, then step down through later phases.
- Only a phase Sunderland explicitly calls guaranteed should be treated that way. Every later phase is subject to availability.
- General Sale is possible only if tickets survive the points windows—never plan around it.
🛠️ Set up once, properly
- Create or check your account at tickets.safc.com.
- Make sure every person has their own Supporter ID and correct details.
- Add Friends & Family before sale day if you want to buy together.
- Check your BCP total, stay logged in and get The Firm's Sunderland alerts.
⚡ How to approach a sale
For home games, check the fixture's eligibility and be ready when that window opens. For away games, log in during your BCP phase so the site can recognise your total. Assign every ticket correctly and complete checkout immediately—later phases only receive what remains.
Missed a home sale? Keep checking official Ticket Resale after a sell-out.
💡 The habit that wins
Build BCP through the away and cup matches you can reach, keep every Supporter ID ready, and be ready for each phase. For sold-out home games, official resale is the fallback worth checking.
